Having the opportunity to be a practicing therapist for several years in a behavioral health hospital system, I have acquired skills that allow me to work with very diverse clients that deal with a multitude of mental and behavioral issues.

An eclectic approach to therapy that involves understanding each client as a unique person with their own particular issues; and then selecting research & evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE) types of therapies, in order to help the client grow in a personally meaningful way.
